well i think igg staff is pretty busy atm,i think since it is a topic that affects the players ,we the players should be those that help find how to stop scammer sites.
i know there are actually people in game who work with pcs in reallife so i think we have enough potential.

a) Eventually we'll find out who the person is and start banning their accounts and then IP addresses.  I work in law enforcement for a living... everyone makes a mistake sooner or later and does something to reveal who they are.

b) Yes they can make more, but at some point the person starts spending more time signing up for fake websites and creating things then they do playing the game

c) Unless we educate the users and stop at least some of the sights, they win.  If even one sight is taken down and one of our users now learns better, that is one more account we've saved.

d) I got the site taken down in less than 4 hours so it does not take days if you know what to do and who to speak with about these sites

e) Why are you even here?  You have had nothing but negative and nasty things to say both in this forum and your actions in the game.  VIP or not don't think you *can't* be banned.  By your line of thinking all it will take is someone who is a much bigger VIP than you to get upset at your actions and if IGG has to choose between you and that bigger VIP... guess who loses?  

I find your attitude both arrogant and childish; at this point consider this your warning, if you have nothing constructive to contribute and the only thing you intend to do in these forums is post tripe, go trolling for trouble, and in general cause turmoil... you'll definitely get banned from the forums.

Can we somehow get the IP of the host of the site??
if yes wait till he goes online with his char on the IP then ban his char and his IP.
cause my pc changes its IP everytime i log into the game so just banning the IP would not be enough

The way I've seen the best IP bans work is by both IP and MAC address of the network interface of the computer by having the client software get it directly from the computer instead of accepting whatever potential "fake" address is put into the person's local router hooking up to his DSL/Cable/Sat box.  This effectively bans the computer itself from connecting, regardless of what is in the IP packets concerning source destination, etc.  Now the hacker has to uninstall Zu, put in another network interface or fake the current one and reinstall Zu again (the smart clients bury it in their own files and not in someplace easily spotted like a text file or in part of the registry.

Yes a good whiz-kid can get around this, but its now costing him a lot of time he won't feel is worth it after two or three bans.
