Game Policies

In order to make Zu Online a fun and fair environment for all players, we are setting up Game Policies. We will continue improving Zu Online, as well as our service. However, we can't do this without the cooperation of our players and we hope all players will obey our new Game Policies. We look to you, the players, to help us make the Zu world enjoyable for everyone involved.
Table of Contents:
1. Naming Policy
2. Harassment Policy
3. Character and Item Restoration Policy
4. Bug Exploitation and Client/Server Manipulation Policy
5. Player vs. Player Policy
6. Game Master Interaction Policy
7. Account Penalties Policy
While the punishments may seem harsh, there is nothing new or radical here that we haven't stated before, and we expect all players' support and understanding.

Is this some kind of joke?  I agree with the verbal abuse but the rest is bogus.
Camping pathways? this means we can no longer camp hex ? Camping corpses? killing lower level?
GIve me a break, I gue ...
Reread CAREFULLY... They said they DON'T punish for camping corpses or lower level players...  Some of that is a statement of their "hands off" policy in regards to certain issues... which actually should make you very happy, I guess.

Actions that would typically be considered "dishonorable" are considered legitimate PvP tactics and WILL NOT be addressed by our GMs. "Dishonorable" actions include, but are not limited to:
Corpse camping.
Tricking players into getting flagged for PvP (i.e. entering into the middle of another player's area effect spell).
Killing players well below your level.
Killing players in the same faction.

i got a question about the "killing players well below your level"  does that include another faction?? if it is.. how about raiding another faction's map... usually low levels are the one so eager to defend the main city's...

Point blank - GM's don't interfere in such matters.  As to "dishonorable" most players that I know tend to feel you are pretty much not worth the effort if your main goal is to run around and try to get guys  60 - 100 levels lower than you to attack so you can kill them.  Now assuming you are asking what I think your asking, killing a low-level player from another faction would not get you + dishonor points, but you can lose some of your *honor* points for doing it (unless they attack you first).

I totaly know that u won't get +dishonor and most of the ppl I know don't raid to kill "high level players" but to get kills to compete on the honor kill title since they messure it up in the number of kills not in the amount of honor u gain.. But thnks for clearing it for me... Its just last time when we are at xun someone from our faction says becareful of bullying lowbies u might get banned... So just making sure...

I think by "bullying" if you sit there and camp someone for an hour repeatedly killing them obviously just to torture them (the fact that they should simply release is another story granted), that might be frowned upon by IGG.  I think in those cases it will be looked at overall, was their an obvious intent to harass (were you in chat making fun of them because they were from a certain country and saying nasty things while camping their body); did you just keep doing it over and over even at the expense of doing other things that were obviously something you would normally do in that situation (you say you are there for honor kills and yet when you have the chance to kill 20 people in one shot you just sit and camp the one person).

So in the end, I don't think there is a clear "line" to be drawn in the sand as they say...
