This week, a devastating earthquake hit southwest China’s Sichuan Province. The death toll continues to rise in Wen Chuan County, close to the epicenter, with over 12000 confirmed dead and almost 10000 people thought to be still trapped in the rubble.
As a show of support for those victims of this disasters, our players spontaneously came together to mourn the deceased and extend prayers to their families and those still fighting to survive.

Praying event? This is SICK. People die there and you want make prying video on online game? Go to church or wherever but dont make it EVENT!

Original topic was. "we organize praying event and making a video showing support to china disaster". It was changed after my post.My opinion is that praying "in game" is sick anyway. Dont call me without emotions. I have written - if  U really care go to church or donate red cross, dont pray in game. It has no meaning to ppl whose children died, that some lazy kids pray on virtual gaming platform. Its insane.

I disagree with you.  It doesnt matter where or how you pray. You dont need to go to church for God to listen.

I think it was nice that they got together and prayed.

I still take it like a kind of show. Sure it doesnt matter - you dont need go to church, but it will have more meanning than pressing "kneel" option. If you want pray for them - you also don need do it public in game. Its too serious I think to connect gaming and distaster. If your friend would die there, would you pray in game?

The connection is we are all human,
the second connection is the creator of this game is Onwind Digital a Chinese company based in china currently working with IGG to translate this game for the english market, probally half the staff working on this project are Chinese,

also i have been in several games during disasters where the PLAYERS have got together  for a couple of mins silence and other stuff, these are not "events" organised by gms or anything these or just players getting together to show thier support in thier own way.

Anyone who is know me knows i is adopted by chinese parents and they is say that  no matter where a you are or what you do if you kneel and pray for just a few mins, then ppl will see you are a kind decent person.
i take it, that you is can not put gaming and  disasters together in ur head but the majority of this game without you included
can  and did come together in- game to share prayers for those lost and those injured and still fighting to survive.


I is also tell you', that as  a person,. female, 20,  i am  very proud of igg do this event  and to us that show our support and prayers

I know you all have your own believing and religion but god is not going to save anyone, if there was a god in the first place, he wouldn't accept disasters like this.

OzBabe. Im 29 nine. I have my opinion of some facts that maybe you dont understand but dont tell me to grow up. I can light a candle in the window or kneel anywhere, but kneeling in game isnt considered by me as grow up behaviuor or showing respect. Anyway, what ppl do is their free will but my free will is to say what I think.
